Three in a Company: Chapter 8: Rivendell Madness

" How did we get here, I'm so confused." Mice asked looking around 

" There's a lot to explain to you three about what's going around since you don't know who you are at all." Elrond replied looking into their eyes.

" What do you mean don't know who we are, we know exactly who we are." Shee said sure of himself.

" There's still so much that you three don't know yet, come with me." Elrond taking Mice and Shee's hands and starts walking with Murp by Mice. 

They walked down a like brown stone path with the red and orange leaves from the trees floating down in front of them making a crunching sound as they stepped on them.

" There's a secret Gandalf has been keeping from you all these years." Elrond said keeping them close to him.

" What secret, he never kept secrets from us?" Murp said confused. 

" It was long ago a year after Frodo 'destroyed' the ring." Elrond began but was cut off. 

" What do you mean by ' destroyed' it went into Mordor Fire?" Shee asked in doubt that the story is real. 

" Let me finish. The ring was not destroyed in the fires but broke in half then one piece broke into three pieces and those three pieces scattered around middle earth." Elrond sighed and looked at Shee Murp and Mice 

" Where are they now master Elrond?" Mice asked. 

" Thats what was hidden from you. You three are the three pieces and Gandalf isn't your original caretaker. He took you away from them, erased any memory of them in your mind and replaced it with himself, and took care of you for the rest of your life." Elrond spoke calmly hopping they won't freak out, he was wrong.

" Wait so we are evil!" Mice shouted fear in her eyes. 

" No! No! Just... No!" Shee stomped his foot in confusion and frustration. 

" Children calm down." Elrond said holding Mice and Shee's shoulders," you are not evil, half of the ring was good and half was evil you three are all good."

" Oh thank Mahal!" Murp said patting her sweaty forehead with her sleeve. 

" So who where are original caretakers." asked Mice looking up at him calming down. 

" That is something I'll let you three find out. All I can tell you is that they were all dead and they took forms. Ones a shadow, the other is to bright blue eyes, and the last one is in a glass orb." Elrond led them to a small table around it far away are chairs with men, dwarf, and elves sitting in some of the chairs. 

Shee Murp and Mice knew right away that this was the council of Elrond. Shee walked over to the elves and bowed and Murp walked over to the dwarves and did the same thing. 

" Hellooooo, fellow elves!" Shee said grinning. 

" Greetings dwarves." Murp greeted 

" Well know." a Elf said chuckling," isn't this little guy a young one, he isn't even the right size." 

" And his hair isn't fully grown out ether." laughed another elf. 

Shee's face turned kinda red from embarrassment. 

Shee was old enough but because of some of his mix race he can't be a regular elf like others, that also means he can't grown long flowing hair. That goes the same for Mice and Murp 

" Well now isn't she tall for a dwarf." a dwarf snickered  

" And look, no beard!" another laughed falling over in his chair. 

Murp stomped her foot in anger 

Mice sat by a man slouching arms crossed. The man looked at her and was about to say something 

" If it's something about my size, my ears, or anything else about me that's insulting just shut that mouth of yours." Mice grumbled.

The man blinked in confusion then held her tight smiling," Oh my, look at her, she's so tiny and feisty, it's so cute!"  

The other men start patting her head and squishing her cheeks. 

Shee and Murp sat down near where Mice sat. 

" What's going on." Shee said kinda confused and jealous at the love she got then what happened with him and the elves. 

" It's a thing, apparently men think hobbits are the most cutest thing in the world." Murp explained. 

Shee snickered 

Mice was put down in her seat when the men finally stopped. Her hair was all messy from the men rubbing it and her cheeks were red from them squishing them. 

" What's wrong Mice, did a storm hit you." Shee laughed 

Mice fixed her hair with her fingers glaring at Shee. 

" welcome one and all, we have a problem on our hands." Elrond began clapping his hands together.

" and that is?"  a dwarf questioned Elrond raising his eye brow. 

Elrond pulled out a half of his pocket and puts it on the table, " Sauron is back but he has a different plan. He will spread darkness all over middle earth but this darkness if people go under it, they will start to become negative, hateful, and undependable. His plan is for everyone to go to war with one another which will cause him to take power over middle earth."

Whispers and gasps traveled threw the council.

A red Glowy zoomed in and stopped in front of mice 

" hello Mellon. Catch me Mellon." It said 

Mice touched it and it disappeared. 

" But with them, they can help." Elrond said looking a Murp Mice and Shee 

" Them? What can they do." a elf asked about to laugh.

" They have special powers that no one else have." Elrond smiled.

" Us? Powers? I don't understand." Murp said confused 

" The glowing balls you touch..." 

" Glowys." 

" Yes Glowys, well each one is different, Murp your color is blue, Shee your color is green, and Mice your color is red. With each one of the Glowys you have three categories

Regular, connection, and war help. Regular is a normal power, connection is a relationship with animals and war help is powers only for battle and for health." 

Murp Mice and Shee just stares at him confused. 

" Its confusing at the start but you'll get the hand of it. Now that you each have a power now you have to wait till all of you have another Glowy to get a traveler, which is the multicolored one." Elrond explained again. 

" So how will we learn to use these powers of ours?" Shee asked still confused 

" I will help you right now but later when you get a power you will get a short message from me, you'll pass out a bit but you'll be fine." Elrond said sure of it. 

" Um what about the ring what do you need us to do?" Murp asked 

" I need you three to take it to Mordor and destroy it in the fires again but this time it will melt." Elrond stood by the half ring and looks at the three, " Now, who will carry this burden to Mordor?"

Mice jumped up and raised her hand jumping, " oh oh! Pick me! Pick me!" 

Elrond laughed and put the half ring in Mice hand," Ok Mice you get to carry it." 

" yes!" Mice said quietly smiling 

" Murp you'll be leading them." Elrond said standing in front of Murp.  

Murp smiles big and proud arms crossed looking at Elrond.

" What about me?" Shee asked.

" Well... Uh... I'll have to think about that, but right now I'll have to teach you three how to use your powers." Elrond thought.

He dismissed the council and lead Murp Mice and Shee to a battle field practice.
